Company Profile.

Vale is a reputable, trusted and innovative developer of high-quality, architecturally-designed homes in sought-after locations.

Development integrity is at the heart of our company. Founded by two qualified engineers with vast experience in building and remediating hundreds of residential and commercial buildings, we have the knowledge and expertise required to deliver a superior product, every time.

Selection of high-quality, durable and low-maintenance materials sets Vale apart and ensures the ongoing efficiency and longevity of your home. We also place high importance on sustainability and energy efficient design principles, constantly reviewing all our materials and processes and moving with the times as superior, tried & tested products become available.

All our developments are bespoke and individually designed, using simple, minimalist architecture that draws on the latest design trends without going over the top. This results in sleek, visually-attractive developments which complement existing streetscapes and make a strong, yet understated, architectural statement.

The outcome is beautiful homes which provide excellent liveability and sound long-term investments for both owner-occupiers and investors, with our many returning clients proof of the quality of our product.
